Stones Massage

Swedish massage:

Helps to improve your circulation, soothes achy muscles and  makes you feel more relaxed. USing soft strokes on delicates parts and stronger where there is a thicker muscles coverage

Aromatherapy:

Is the ancient practise of using essential oils to promote health and wellbeing. By blending a unique blend of essential oils, it willl help with stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, menopause, muscle ache and much more.

Hot stone massage:

A massage that uses smooth, flat, heated volcanic rocks placed at key points of the body. Great for relaxation, helps with muscle ache, releases tension and promotes sleep.

Indian head massage:

A relaxing treatment working on the pressure points on the forehead and around the eye sockets to relax and soothe tense muscles and eye strain.

It is a natural healing based on the priniciple that every organ system and part of the body has a corresponding reflexology area or zone in the feet. Can benefit achy joints and muscles, insomnia, sinusitis, migraines, PMT, stress and more.
